Base Program FAQs
When I sign up, what happens next?
We provide you your AE Workbook within one business day with clear instructions so you can get started immediately. All essay guides and interview guides are provided within the Workbook as well.
If I have a question, who do I ask?
You can email onlinecourse@academyendeavors.com, and we strive to answer your questions within 24-48 business hours.
When will my essays be edited by?
After you notify AE that essays are ready for review, we will review and edit essays within 1 week of notification. All essays must be completed within the essay set provided before editing (ie. all USAFA essays must be completed before editing on USAFA essays will be performed).
Do you edit Congressional nomination essays with the Base Package?
Yes! Your Congressional and Senator essays are included.
Do you edit essays for ROTC scholarships with the Base Package?
Yes!
How many mock interviews do I receive?
You’ll receive 2 mock interviews. The first will be a mock liaison officer interview for your #1 Academy (ie. Field Force rep for USMA, BGO for USNA, ALO for USAFA). The second will be a mock congressional nomination interview.
You’ll be graded on a 1-5 scale. If you don’t earn a 4 or 5 by the 2nd interview, then your parents will be notified, and it’ll be recommended that you do a 3rd remedial mock interview, which is free of charge.
We’re highly confident that it will take 2 interviews to get you ready to crush it!
What do I need to qualify?
It is recommended that you don’t sign up for the Base Package unless you have at least a unweighted cumulative 3.6+ GPA, no C’s, 1250+/26+ SAT/ACT, 1+ leadership position, and 1+ sport.
How many Academies do you support?
The Base Package will support unlimited Academy, ROTC scholarships, and Nominations. You can apply to all 5 Service Academies, all 4 ROTC scholarships, and all Nomination sources, and the Online Course materials, essay sets, and interview guides, will support all of them.
Are there scheduled coaching meetings within the Base Package?
No, besides the 2 mock interviews, no coaching meetings are included.
How is payment arranged? Is there a payment plan?
Payment is due in full up front before the engagement can begin.
