The Underclassman’s Plan To Make It Into The Academy
1. Submit your info.
Submit your transcripts, test scores, resume, mock CFA, and medical history for Academy Endeavors’ review.
While you await our assessment, you will go through our Academy Endeavors curriculum to up your game on Academy admissions.
2. Get your 360 Plan.
Receive your personalized 360 Plan, which includes two deliverables:
1) 360 Assessment: clarifies how you compare with the typical admit, and
2) 360 Transform: gives you a detailed 12 month plan to maximize your competitiveness.
Ask all your questions, and we help you get clear on what it takes.
3. Meet Quarterly to track progress.
You will meet with us quarterly until 2nd semester Junior year. You will be assigned a small cohort of like-minded applicants, where you will be held accountable to crush your goals and outpace the competition!
*50% of payment is applied as a credit toward the Pro package.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I expect from the follow up quarterly meetings?
Great question! During the follow up meetings, we would track progress on the 360 Plan, adjust as needed, and hold your child accountable to the overall goals. Your child would be in a small cohort of other 4-6 Underclass clients.
We’re also available for questions and emails in between meetings.
We’ve learned that when Underclassman get to ask questions and keep track of their progress, it helps them stay laser-focused on the goal.
How many follow-up meetings are there?
Follow up meetings occur on a quarterly basis until November of the student’s Junior year. After that point, the family has the option to apply their credit toward the Pro package.
What is your success rate with Underclass clients getting into the Academy?
We started our Underclass package in 2022, and to date, every client has earned an appointment to an Academy (100%). As sample size increases, we’ll update our numbers.
What‘s the value of starting as a Sophomore if I’m so close to when the Pro program starts?
We don’t start meeting with Pro clients until January of their Junior year. By that time, Juniors have completed most of high school, and many aren’t the candidates they could’ve been if they started with us sooner. After a few years of coaching Pro clients, we realized if we could give Underclassmen the guidance sooner in the process, they could do something special with it. We created the Underclass program to give clients a clear assessment and plan earlier in their high school journey, and then hold them accountable to it, so that they are most prepared to start with us 2nd semester Junior year. We’re starting to see the results: every Underclass client from 2 years ago earned an appointment this year.
Can you tell me more about the Guarantee you offer?
Sure thing! We put in the written agreement that if you are not fully satisfied after the consultation, we will give you a 100% refund within 10 days after the consultation. No one has ever asked that before, but its an option every client has, because we stand behind our service.
What is your success rate for clients getting accepted to Academies?
Thanks for asking! 100% of our clients have earned a Congressional nomination, and 92% have earned either an Academy appointment and/or a full tuition ROTC scholarship.
What happens after I age out of the Underclassman program during 2nd semester junior year?
At that time, you will have the opportunity to sign up for Pro, and start getting to work on the applications! Which is why half of your Underclassman package fee actually acts as a deposit toward the Pro package.
Does my Underclass payment go toward the Pro package as well?
Yes, half of what you pay in the Underclassman program acts as a credit toward the Pro program. We only have limited spots each year in Pro, and we only take a select few from each Congressional district, so if you want to lock in early to reserve your spot and the exclusivity, then the Underclassman program is the way to go.
How is payment arranged? Is there a payment plan?
Payment is due in full up front before the engagement can begin.
Does my Underclass payment go toward the Pro package as well?
