Pro Program FAQs
When I sign up, what are the next steps?
After signing, we will provide you our AE Workbook with clear instructions, so you can get started immediately. All pre-work due before each consultation is laid out on the Syllabus tab, so you can be prepared for Consultation #1!
When do I need to sign up by?
The sign up deadlines are listed above in the Pro Cohort 2024 Schedule table on this page.
How many people will be in my cohort?
The approximate size will be five (5) applicants per cohort. We like to keep it small enough to provide personalized support but big enough to feed off of each other’s energy.
What time do the cohort consultations start and end?
All meetings start at 9pm ET and end by approximately 10:30pm ET.
What if I miss one meeting due to a conflict?
We tell young people to do their best to make every meeting. However, we understand unforeseen circumstances arise.
To make up a missed meeting, we have 3 options:
First, you can join another cohort on a different day.
Second, we can do a virtual review of your work and see if you have any questions; if no questions arise and you are on track, we will see you at the next meeting.
Lastly, if neither above option works for you and you are falling behind, then we can schedule a 1-on-1 meeting to get you back on track.
How many applications will you support?
We will support unlimited Academy, ROTC scholarships, and Nominations. You can apply to all 5 Service Academies, all 4 ROTC scholarships, and all Nomination sources, and we will help you with all of them.
Do you provide college application support as well?
No, our support is limited to Service Academies, ROTC scholarships, and Nominations.
What do I need to qualify?
Candidates need an unweighted cumulative 3.6+ GPA and 1250+/26+ SAT/ACT to qualify.
Do you help with Summer Seminar, Boys State/Girls State applications, etc?
Yes! Since Summer Seminar and Boys/Girls State are helpful to get into the Academy, we provide essay guidance, application final reviews, and interview guidance to our candidates applying to those summer programs. Please sign up before Summer Seminar and Boys State/Girls State deadlines expire, so we can help with those applications.
What is your success rate?
- 100% of our candidates have earned a Congressional nomination.
- 95% of our candidates have earned either an Academy appointment or a full tuition ROTC scholarship.
- 83% of our candidates have earned an Academy appointment.
How is payment arranged? Is there a payment plan?
Payment is due in full up front before the engagement can begin.
Can I receive a discount if I am only applying to one Academy?
No. Our Pro Program is a flat fee, regardless of the amount of Academies and ROTC scholarships you are applying for. We encourage all candidates to apply for as many Academies and ROTC scholarships as possible to maximize their chances of acceptance.
If I sign up, will you also be helping other candidates from my district?
We only take a max of 3 candidates per Congressional district. When you sign up with us, we guarantee you will get competitive exclusivity.
Do you offer reduced rates for financial hardship?
We believe life-changing admissions coaching should be accessible no matter your income. Therefore, we serve a limited amount of clients per year who have financial hardships, and we offer a reduced rate to one of our packages. Families apply each year, and applications are reviewed by our executive team. Scholarship awards are based on financial need and competitiveness of the application. Apply here.
Can you tell me more about your guarantee?
We are committed to your success. If you complete our Pro program and don’t receive an Academy appointment or ROTC scholarship, then you can attend Bootcamp free of charge the following year.
We do not guarantee admission; however, we guarantee that we will stay committed to you until you reach your goals.
