Ladies and Gentlemen, you are applying to the premier leadership school in the world. Leadership is their heartbeat.

By junior year, you should be narrowing your focus from doing 1,000 random activities to doing 4-5 significant activities and leading them.

Start communicating with leadership what you are passionate about and getting a feel for what you could be Captain and President of. Then, when you are in the seat, make the biggest impact you can. Serve, serve, serve.
