ETIQUETTE IN DIGITAL COMMUNICATION

Digital communication is important. Part of being an officer is good communication skills.

Whether you realize it or not, your emails to admissions officers and liaison officers are being evaluated.

Here’s a few tips:

1) You might be writing on your phone, but it shouldn’t appear that way. Begin with greeting, space out your paragraphs, and end with signature block.

2) Don’t write in a hurry. Read your email out loud to ensure it makes sense.

3) End with “Very Respectfully”

4) Use your Sir’s and Ma’am’s.
